My dog is shivering and breathing deep and loudly?

Chihuahuas and pugs are prown to asma but u might want to get him cheaked out it could be something seriuos! My chihuahua Paco we had the same thing happen when he was 2 1/2 and the vet told us pugs and chihuahuas have asma.
