Why isn't anybody demanding criminal prosecution of the people responsible for financial meltdown?

They are far too busy trying to find some poor benefit fraudster who did a bit of babysitting for their sister, got given a fiver so they could buy some milk and so therefore are worthy of a police caution and time inside.
