Are there realy real simple magic rituals like an apple a day keeps the doctor away?

Religions have a habit of damaging our spirit.. the purpose of our spirit is to have a union with nature... so in the spirit of the old ways here's how you talk to Fire.... light a candle... have a conversation with it in your mind... then say to the flame before you put it out... "Flame go be made one with Fire"... the more you do it... the more you will hear what Fire has to say.
