Can anyone interpret my dream? Serious takers only!?

I had a dream that my little cousin who is 6 months pregnant drowned in her family swimming pool. They couldn't bring her up for some reason until I got there. It had been 4 days and she seemed to be alive but she wasn't. I was trying so hard to make her live and even told her mom that there was still hope. It jumps to me in the hospital and i'm calling my boyfriend but he can't hear me and I am crying hysterically. He finally here's me and I awake. What does this mean?
