Has anyone experienced an MSN mix up on messenger.......?

it appears that someone has found a way to send my contacts an msn messenger message that contains my personal first name as opposed to what is normally there in front of @ hot-mail.com and is followed up with a link to some crap or other nonsense, I received the first one myself and deleted my niece from my contact list but it came up on my daughter and sister and broths messenger when they sign in and then it just signs back out offline, ay info on this ??? please lets stop this , thnx people, for any info on what this is and how its generated and how to stop it
