Will yahoo chat ever get a special filter to keep bots out of the chat rooms?

tried of getting ims wanting ,view web cams,and the posting of links that people post then take your yahoo id and go through your E-mails and personal pictures.Also change your pword where you can't get back in then have to make new name.
