MLA format? Hamlet essay!!!?

I'm editing my Hamlet essay, and my teacher said that i need to fix the MLA for (1/5/191-192) I'm trying to say act 1 scene 5 lines 191-192 It's due tomorrow. Does anyone know how to write it correctly? Thanks!!!
