Favorite teas?

i love matcha. it's a form of green tea...but instead of boiling the tea leaves then removing them, the tea leaves themselves are ground (you buy it in the powdered form)- then you add hot water, and whisk. that way, you get amazing benefits from the entire green tea leaf. it offers 17 times the antioxidants of blueberries, 9 times the beta carotene in spinach, etc. it's especially good for people with depleted adrenals. it makes me feel somewhat high, calm, and alert, all at the same time.
