Airsoft..what mm bbs?

my airsoft gun shoots at about 380-400 fps (feet per second). If it matters I have the Tokyo Marui M16A2 with an upgraded m120spring. Should I use .2 or .25 mm bbs? and is 400 fps enough to break skin?
